Satish Bhaskar

President and Chief Executive Officer

An executive with over two decades of experience in the Housing industry. As a former Executive Vice President oversaw the transformation of one of the largest portfolio wide RAD conversion of 6400 Public housing units.

Oversaw the operating of 14,000 units of LIHTC, PBRA, PBV, Section 8 New Construction, USDA, by establishing an Asset Management Team, with both operational and financial expertise for ensuring the long term preservation of affordable housing.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Bhaskar raised over $2 Billion with creative and innovative financing sources for construction of 2,000 brand new units and the gut-rehab of 4,500 Public housing units.

Mr. Bhaskar earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri Kansas City and a Master's degree in finance from the University of Kerala India.

Juan Olvera

Juan Olvera retired as Executive Director of the Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority in New Mexico, where he successfully transformed the housing voucher program from troubled status to high performer. He secured 9% LIHTC funding for two affordable housing projects and served as President of the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of New Mexico.

Previously, Mr. Olvera was Director of Development and Capital Projects at the Housing Authority of El Paso, Texas. In that role, he obtained substantial investments for sustainable and affordable housing initiatives, such as a Net Zero LEED Platinum community and mixed-income developments through 9% LIHTC funding. He played a key role in the RAD Conversion of approximately 6,100 public housing units. His professional experience also includes executive leadership positions within leading cement and construction firms, as well as public-sector service as Procurement and Contracts Manager for the West Texas Workforce Board.

Mr. Olvera earned a Master's degree from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, complemented by professional certifications in public housing management and the housing choice voucher program.
